Sport Wrapping and Taping (SWaT) Workshop – Regina
Saturday, June 4th, 2022 from 8:30am to 4:30pm
$20 registration fee for SCA registered coaches. A 2021-2022 SCA membership is required.
Sport Wrapping and Taping (SWaT) Workshop teaches basic wrapping and taping knowledge with practical wrapping and taping instruction and an emphasis on:
Injury assessment and management – types of soft tissue injury, cycle of athletic
injury, stages of healing, RICE principle, etc.
Taping and Wrapping Theory
Taping Techniques (practical)
Functional Wraps (practical)
This course is taught by a Sport Physiotherapist certified by Sport Physio Canada or a Certified Athletic Therapist certified by the Canadian Association of Athletic Therapy.
