All Star Cheer

Prep Cheer

  • Focus on learning skills and experiencing competition
  • Typically ages 12 and under

Performance Cheer (Dance)

  • Includes Pom, Hip Hop, Jazz
  • Focus on dance, performance, and choreography
  • Competitive and non-competitive options

University / Adult Teams

  • Teams for athletes after high school
  • Competitive or performance-based
  • Great for staying involved in the sport

Non-Competitive

  • Low commitment, fun-focused programs
