SCA Judges’ Training – Saskatoon
Judges training is MANDATORY for all Saskatchewan based judges to be considered SCA Certified.
New individuals must attend at least one training session. Judges can choose to specialize in one or more categories/scoresheets, and are therefore not required to attend all training courses. It is also recommended that new judges attend the “Intro to Judging” virtual workshop.
Experienced performance cheer judges are required to attend the Performance Cheer refresher on Friday at 7:00pm
Experienced cheer judges are required to attend the cheer refresher courses Saturday morning.

- Performance Cheer Panel Judges
- Training
- 7:00pm - 8:30pm
- Performance Cheer Panel Judges
- Practice - required for new and experienced performance cheer judges
Saturday, November 26th
- 9:30am - 12:00pm
- Cheer Refresher Course
- Required for all CHEER judges who attended training last season
- 1:00pm - 6:00pm
- Building Panel Judges
- Required for new judges
- 7:00pm - 9:00pm
- Deductions & Score Check Training
- For judges with three or more years experience
Sunday, November 27th
- 9:30am - 1:30pm
- Tumbling Panel Judges
- Required for new judges
- 2:30pm - 6:30pm
- Overall & Cheer Panel Judges
- Required for new judges
