2020 Annual General Meeting
9:30 a.m. – Login and Registration
10:00 a.m. – 2020 Fall AGM
Purpose of the meeting:
1. To receive the financial statement and the report of the Corporation’s Auditors.
2. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
3. To ratify any resolutions brought forward.
Please review the following AGM and Special Meeting agenda and supporting documents:
To confirm your attendance and receive the virtual meeting link, you must fill out the Registration Form prior to September 17th, 2020.
In accordance with the SCA Bylaws Section 10, the holder or a Class A -Regular Division 1, 2 and 3 memberships must attend at least one meeting of members per year.
If a representative from your organization did not attend the SPRING MEMBERSHIP MEETING THIS PAST MAY 2020 you must send representation to the 2020 Fall AGM to remain a member in good standing.
