Concussion Training

Concussions are a serious concern in sport, and it’s essential that coaches, athletes, and parents are informed. The NCCP Making Head Way in Sport module is a free, online course designed to help coaches recognize and manage concussions to ensure athlete safety.

All coaches are required to complete this training. Create an NCCP account through The Locker to get started.

Coaches in Training (CITs) aged 12 and 13 must instead complete the Heads Up training or an equivalent concussion education course.
