Annual General Meeting

7:00 p.m. – 2024 Fall AGM
Purpose of the meeting:
1. To receive the financial statement and the report of the Corporation’s Auditors.
2. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
3. To ratify any resolutions brought forward.
4. To elect a Director to fill the MAL vacancy.

In accordance with the SCA Bylaws Section 10, the holder or a Class A -Regular Division 1, 2 and 3 memberships must attend at least one meeting of members per year.
If a representative from your organization cannot attend the 2024 Fall AGM you must send representation to the Spring Membership Meeting in May 2025 to remain a member in good standing. The Spring Membership Meeting in May will be conducted virtually through Zoom.
