NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

7:00pm – Annual General Meeting

Location: Virtual via Zoom

Purpose of the Meeting

• To receive the President’s Report and report on the previous fiscal year.
• To receive and accept the 2026 Audited Financial Statements.
• To appoint the Corporation’s auditors for the 2026–27 fiscal year.
• To conduct any other business properly brought before the Members.

2026 Annual General Meeting Agenda

To confirm your organization’s attendance, please complete the Registration Form prior to October 5, 2026.

In accordance with the SCA Bylaws Section 10, the holder or a Class A -Regular Division 1, 2 and 3 memberships must attend at least one meeting of members per year. If a representative from your organization cannot attend the 2026 fall AGM you must send representation to the Spring Membership Meeting in May 2027 to remain a member in good standing. The Spring Membership Meeting in May will be conducted virtually through Zoom.
