Coach MEMBERSHIP

Coach Registration & Certification

All coaches and Coaches in Training (CITs) must be registered through Activity Messenger for the 2026–2027 season.

Programs are responsible for registering their coaches and CITs as part of their participant upload. Once registered, each coach will receive an email with instructions to upload their required certification documents and credentials to confirm their certification status for the season.

Coaches and CITs must complete this process to be recognized as certified or valid within the SCA system.

Registration also provides coaches and CITs with additional insurance coverage, including liability protection, while working with athletes at SCA-sanctioned practices and events.

Coaches are responsible for ensuring their required credentials remain current throughout the season.
