7:00 p.m. – Annual General Meeting
Purpose of the meeting:
1. To receive the financial statement and the report of the Corporation’s Auditors.
2. To appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
3. To ratify any resolutions brought forward.
To confirm your organization’s attendance, fill out the Registration Form prior to September 20, 2025
In accordance with the SCA Bylaws Section 10, the holder or a Class A -Regular Division 1, 2 and 3 memberships must attend at least one meeting of members per year. If a representative from your organization cannot attend the 2025 fall AGM you must send representation to the Spring Membership Meeting in May 2026 to remain a member in good standing. The Spring Membership Meeting in May will be conducted virtually through Zoom.
