The SCA board has approved the following process: When a board position remains vacant following elections/acclimations, nominations from the floor shall be accepted for the vacant position. Therefore, the President shall be calling for nominations from the floor at the 2022 Spring Membership Meeting in order to fill the vacancy.\n\nFor more info on this process please read through the SCA Board Nomination Process document HERE.\n \nIMPORTANT\nIn accordance with the SCA Bylaws Section 10, the holder or a Class A -Regular Division 1, 2 and 3 memberships must attend at least one meeting of members per year.\nIf a representative from your organization did not attend the AGM this past September 2021 in Regina you must send representation to the 2021 Spring Membership Meeting to remain a member in good standing.\n
